My teaching philosophy lies in the ability to use different learning styles and abilities in the classroom to mimic the real world of practice. By accommodating different learning styles into course design, students are able to learn and/or use materials from the course as they prepare to become employees in organizations.
These learning styles can include the use of video clips to connect teaching points that may be hard to understand when they read textbooks, initiating discussions with students about matters concerning management from strategy and cross-cultural management perspectives, providing writing assignments and projects, and providing opportunities for students to work in groups to solve management issues.
